Description: Recorded at the 2014 International Workshop on Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Dr. Owen O’Connor gives an update on brentuximab vedotin (Adcetris), an antibody drug conjugate (ADC) approved for the treatment of CD30-positive lymphomas, like anaplastic large-cell lymphoma and Hodgkin lymphoma. Dr. O’Connor explains clinical trials using this drug in new ways, studying whether it can be used to target CD30 in other diagnoses and how combining it with other modes of therapies may make it an even more effective therapy.
