This panel consisted of Drs. Elias Jabbour, MD, (Associate Professor Department of Leukemia at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas), Joseph D. Khoury, MD, (Professor, Department of Hematology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas), and Aaron C.
